Job summary

Eataly Houston is seeking a Store Retail Manager to lead daily store operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all retail departments. The role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and hands-on leadership to develop managers and uphold company standards.

The successful candidate will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while coordinating with Culinary, Restaurant, Warehouse, Facilities, Marketing, and Human Resources teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive retail or grocery management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience leading multiple departments through a team of managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day retail operations to achieve goals, standards and financial objectives.
• Executes business plans and initiatives to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Leads, coaches, and develops direct reports while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partners with department managers to coordinate operations and resolve challenges.
• Monitors sales, labor, inventory, shrink and margin; implements corrective actions.
