Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, receiving, customer service, staffing, and point of sale activity.

You will ensure a welcoming guest experience, maintain product availability and store presentation, train and coach team members, and uphold financial controls in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires 2 to 4 years of retail, store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, or related experience.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, hospitality, operations, or another related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and retail transaction processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and support retail team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment.
• Ability to support financial controls, inventory accuracy, store presentation, service standards, and operational accountability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and support a physically active retail operation.
