Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee at Valu+Pawn to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience in retail operations.

You will work with store leadership to learn day-to-day operations across customer service, inventory, and merchandising while supporting performance goals. The role offers hourly pay of $15.00–$21.00 with unlimited commission and store performance bonuses, plus benefits and flexible hours in typical stores from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all daily store operations.
