Job summary

7-Eleven in Ohio is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, coach employees, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive store performance.

This full-time role offers paid training, holiday pay, health coverage, a retirement plan, and opportunities for advancement. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior retail management or supervisory experience encouraged.

Qualifications
