7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Ohio to join our store leadership team. You will oversee operations, coach teammates, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in store leadership or supervision.
• Ability to oversee customer service and coaching with leadership.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant retail experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Coach and develop store staff to improve performance and retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure products are in-stock.
