Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Help recruit and develop store staff, focusing on retention and leadership growth.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash responsibly and operate the store’s point-of-sale systems.
• Promote the loyalty program and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional written and spoken communication with staff and customers.
