Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience is common in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental standards and tasks are completed.
• Maintain inventory movement awareness and customer trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per company standards.
• Perform administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during peak periods and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures from manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information through internal controls.
