The Manager in Training position at Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Franklinton, LA supports the Store Manager with daily operations, merchandising, and customer service to create an engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Protect assets and internal controls; promote outstanding customer service.
