Sun Tan City, part of Glow Brands, is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and customer service excellence. You will supervise tanning consultants, lead by example, and work to achieve productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of salon operations.

The role requires management or sales experience, strong leadership, and customer service skills. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for development and advancement within the Glow Brands family.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and coach performance.
• Generate sales reports and help manage inventory.
• Assist with revenue and expense control and labor optimization.
• Ensure proper staffing for productivity and service levels.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 5-day workweek with approximately 35–45 hours per week.
