Job summary

Buckle's Towne Mall store in Elizabethtown, KY opens in November with interviews starting October 1. The Management Trainee role supports our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests, performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks.

Work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, participate in recruiting and training Teammates, and be prepared to act as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Develop leadership skills to become Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and interviewing Teammates.
• Maintain store standards of excellence and cleanliness.
• Flex schedule including holidays and peak shopping periods.
