You’ll contribute to merchandising, inventory, and customer service while traveling to market locations and developing management skills for a future retail role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028
• Majors in Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers
• Learn day-to-day operations of a CVS store
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership
• Motivate and manage store team and analyze performance
• Understand impact of operational/strategic decisions on customer satisfaction and store results
