CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in Charlotte, NC for students pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to learn leadership skills, retail operations, and customer engagement in a fast-paced store environment.

You will complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and gain real-world exposure to CVS Health’s operations, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and retail management best practices.
