CVS Health in Cary, NC invites college students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You will lead a store team, interact with customers, and learn day-to-day operations under the guidance of Store Managers and District Leaders.

You'll develop leadership skills, complete a business-focused project with findings presented to leadership, and gain experience in merchandising, inventory, and weekend/evening shifts, pursuing a path in retail store management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028
• Desirable majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers
