Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling and inventory during peak periods.
