Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desirable majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and shopping-floor processes.
• Develop leadership skills by working with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
