You’ll complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership and retail management skills. The program emphasizes customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market travel experiences, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected to graduate between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, food service, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders; develop leadership skills.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Motivate and manage a store team; analyze business performance; understand how decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results.
