CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in Livermore, CA. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning daily operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

Expect to work 35 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, and complete a business-focused project for leadership review. Open to students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree, with degree timing between May 2027 and May 2028, majors in business/retail.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to staffing, talent development, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
• Understand how decisions impact store performance and customer satisfaction.
