Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to deter theft and support retail operations. You will undercoverly monitor for shoplifters, apprehend when needed, and document all incidents.

The role requires 2+ years in loss prevention, CCTV familiarity, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Training and certifications are provided as required by state law. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years loss prevention experience.
• Proficient with PC and iOS hardware/software.
• Knowledge of CCTV security equipment.
• State guard certification as prescribed by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters.
• Recover assets and make safe apprehensions.
• Prepare incident reports for theft incidents and recoveries.
• Testify in court in criminal or civil cases.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
