Qualifications include 2+ years in loss prevention, proficiency with PC and iOS hardware/software, CCTV knowledge, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The role offers hourly pay and benefits including health and PTO.

Qualifications

• Two plus years loss prevention experience.
• Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software.
• General operating knowledge of CCTV equipment.
• Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by law.
• Must be a dependable team player with strong customer service.
• Able to work any shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters.
• Recover assets and make safe apprehensions.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies during apprehensions.
• Prepare incident reports for thefts and recoveries.
• Testify in court concerning criminal or civil cases.
• Perform related duties as required.
