Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard store assets through surveillance and proactive deterrence. You will monitor CCTV, identify shoplifters, confront suspects, and document incidents with clear, detailed reports.

This uniformed position requires excellent communication, customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a HS diploma or GED. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, weekends, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have Security experience and strong Customer Service Skills.
• Must have good written/verbal communication skills.
• Military Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV for potential shoplifters.
• Confront and stop suspected shoplifters.
• Write detailed security reports for the client.
• Testify in court for shoplifting incidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend offenders.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety.
