Qualifications

• Two plus years loss prevention experience.
• Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software.
• Knowledge of security camera equipment and CCTV.
• State guard certification as prescribed by state law; certifications required by client.
• Dependable team player with customer service focus.
• Willingness to work any shifts Mon-Sun and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters.
• Recover assets and make safe apprehensions.
• Maintain compliance with law and company policies for apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence handling.
• Prepare incident reports and testify in court as needed.
