Qualifications

• Two plus years loss prevention experience.
• PC and iOS hardware/software proficiency.
• Knowledge of retail CCTV systems.
• Maintain state guard certification and client-required certifications.
• Reliable team player with strong customer service.
• Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend shoplifters.
• Recover assets and make safe apprehensions.
• Prepare incident reports on thefts and recoveries.
• Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as needed.
• Support store operations with security best practices.
