Job summary

UNIQLO, a brand of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., seeks a Loss Prevention Agent in San Diego to protect assets and ensure a safe shopping environment. You will train staff on prevention policies, assist investigations, patrol the store, and report incidents with the Loss Prevention Manager.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of security equipment, and the ability to travel within the region. High school diploma or GED and 1 year in loss prevention are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related preferred.
• Loss prevention/retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Knowledge of security software and CCTV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Assist investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and post in designated areas as directed.
• Identify shortage risks and service customers per company standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injury, theft, cash handling and shortage.
