Lowe's is seeking a Loss Prevention professional for Pensacola, FL to protect assets and ensure a safe store environment. You will investigate incidents, conduct interviews, and coordinate with leadership to deter theft and loss.

The role involves training associates, monitoring surveillance, and supporting law enforcement during investigations while maintaining a safe and compliant store operation.

Competenze

• Required: High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• If licensed where required, you must pass the exam within 60 days of starting.

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and customer service programs.
• Identify theft trends with leadership and promote awareness initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, secure store environment by monitoring entrances.
• Monitor activity to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehesions and interviews per policy and law.
• Investigate and resolve criminal activity and support law enforcement.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence when needed.
• Validate store security measures and respond to alarms and triggers.
• Provide feedback on audits and minimize shrink and risk.
• Respond to potentially violent situations with safety and composure.
