Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate losses by deterring theft and executing operational programs.
• Model customer engagement to detect shoplifting and deter theft.
• Follow policy for Engaging Law Enforcement when needed.
• Monitor store compliance with safety, controls, and MES.
• Assist in investigations and promote awareness of theft prevention.
• Prepare incident reports in LPMS for recoveries and theft events.
• Coordinate with local authorities for case resolution and prosecution.
