Job summary

House of Sport by DICK'S Sporting Goods in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Loss Prevention & Safety Lead to deter theft and lead store-wide LP programs, protecting people and assets across the floor, stockrooms, and back offices.

You will train and coach associates on Loss Prevention policies, investigate incidents, document them, engage with law enforcement when needed, and maintain safety certifications and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate losses by deterring theft and executing LP programs.
• Detect, investigate, and document theft and policy violations.
• Network with law enforcement and other retailers to address Organized Retail Crime.
• Train associates on Loss Prevention and core operational programs.
• Ensure store safety and security, including alarm tests and licenses.
• Participate in safety certifications and safety committee activities.
• Walk all areas during shift to monitor for theft and safety concerns.
