Job summary

House of Sport, operated by DICK'S Sporting Goods, seeks a Loss Prevention Lead to deter shoplifting, protect assets and ensure store safety. The role emphasizes engaging customers, documenting incidents in LPMS and enforcing company policies during and after events of theft.

You will support loss prevention programs, participate in trainings, and collaborate with store teams to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for athletes and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior LP or related education preferred.
• Ability to walk sales floor, stockrooms and offices during shift.
• Strong incident documentation skills in LPMS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to deter theft and engage customers in accordance with company policy.
• Complete detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries and shoplifting events; coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Assist in MES sweeps, safety checks and loss prevention training for teammates.
• Promote store compliance with safety, operational controls and MES standards.
