Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor in Costa Mesa, CA to protect assets, ensure safety, and minimize inventory shortages. The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and focuses on maintaining in-stock conditions for guests.

Responsibilities include training staff, investigating incidents, patrolling stores, preparing reports, and supporting audits while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with security software, CCTV and related surveillance equipment.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws; ability to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on loss prevention and safety policies.
• Assist investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and monitor designated areas as directed by Loss Prevention Manager.
• Identify shortage risks and respond according to company standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injury, accidents, theft, cash handling and shortages.
• Support audits and inventory counts; maintain confidentiality.
