Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses by deterring shoplifting and supporting operational programs.
• Model customer engagement to deter theft and assist customers.
• Create and file detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries and events.
• Assist in store safety compliance, MES execution, and shrink coaching activities.
• Coordinate with local authorities for case resolution when needed.
