Responsibilities

• Mitigate losses by deterring external theft and executing LP programs.
• Monitor customer and teammate activity to detect potential theft.
• Complete incident reports in LPMS and coordinate with local authorities.
• Conduct MES sweeps and safety checks to maintain store standards.
• Provide training and support to store teammates on loss prevention practices.
