Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention Associate in Santa Ana. This role focuses on completing daily loss prevention tasks, maintaining positive relations with store management, and deterring theft while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

You will work with store teams to enforce shoplifter policies, document incidents, and support shrink reduction initiatives, ensuring a secure shopping environment for customers and associates alike.

Responsibilities

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment.
