Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to support store safety programs, deter theft, and maintain positive relations with store management. You will communicate shrink initiatives to associates and participate in investigations with a focus on integrity.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic computer and time management skills, and up to 2 years of retail or security experience. This on-site role offers opportunities across TJX’s store network.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for store loss prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with store management.
• Communicates with associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and deters acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with store management.
• Ensures paperwork is accurate and timely.
