Marshalls in the United States (MD) part of The TJX Companies, invites you to join our Loss Prevention team at the store level. You’ll help safeguard staff, customers, and merchandise while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include following shoplifting guidelines, conducting inspections, coordinating shrink reduction efforts with store management, and ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains relationships with Store Management.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Coordinates shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Completes paperwork accurately and timely.
