Job summary

JCPenney in Frisco, TX is seeking an Asset Protection professional to detect theft, investigate incidents, and protect store assets. You will collect and document evidence, interview stakeholders, and report to store leadership while traveling to stores as needed.

Responsibilities include conducting external interviews, supporting safety initiatives, and keeping records of apprehensions and outcomes. A HS diploma and 1+ year relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail work experience/Asset Protection/Security or equivalent leadership experience/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and document evidence.
• Conduct investigations and follow company procedures; report findings to AP leadership.
• Interview customers and contractors per policy and local laws.
• Maintain records of apprehensions, statements, evidence, and disposition of merchandise.
