The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring for a Loss Prevention team member. You will complete daily loss-prevention tasks, maintain good relationships with store management, and deter theft in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage in investigations, support shrink reduction programs, and ensure safety policies are followed. This role requires strong communication and a flexible schedule.
