Marshalls is part of The TJX Companies, Inc., a leading off-price retailer. This Loss Prevention role supports store safety, theft prevention, and asset protection by working closely with management and associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in investigations, handle paperwork accurately, and help maintain a safe shopping environment while complying with labor laws and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Promotes safety awareness and supports maintenance of a safe environment.
