The TJX Companies, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, support store safety, and help create a positive shopping experience for customers in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will play a key role in safeguarding people and inventory.

Wear a body worn camera, maintain a visible front‑of‑store presence, greet guests, report suspicious activity, and collaborate with store leadership to uphold policy and protect the company brand.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via Company radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
