Job summary

Bedsure seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment for its U.S. offline retail channels, including mass retailers and distributors. You will coordinate warehouse and transportation operations, manage 3PLs, and drive process improvements for faster, accurate deliveries.

The role collaborates with sales, finance, IT, warehouse, and logistics partners to deliver excellent customer service and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order fulfillment or logistics.
• 3+ years managing orders for U.S. offline retail channels.
• Experience with major U.S. retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) preferred.
• Hands-on with retailer EDI systems, vendor portals, routing guides, ASNs, and compliance preferred.
• Experience using ERP and WMS to manage orders, inventory, fulfillment.
• Experience managing 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, transportation partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience in home textiles or customized products industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for U.S. offline retail accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to develop fulfillment plans.
• Monitor order progress and identify risks or delays.
• Manage changes, cancellations, rush requests, shortages, and exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee order processing through EDI, vendor portals, ERP, and WMS.
