Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Manager to own the end-to-end retail order fulfillment, partnering with our 3PL and driving on-time delivery. This hands-on IC role has no direct reports and focuses on POs, compliance, inventory accuracy, and performance improvements.

You will optimize the operation as our retail footprint grows, building processes, reporting, and accountability to scale while ensuring routing-guide compliance and carrier coordination.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in retail fulfillment or 3PL/warehouse ops.
• Experience managing a 3PL relationship with SLA enforcement.
• Hands-on with retailer compliance and routing-guide requirements.
• Experience auditing freight and 3PL invoices.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retail PO lifecycle from receipt to ship confirmation.
• Manage 3PL relationship, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Ensure retailer compliance and chargeback management.
• Maintain retail inventory visibility and accuracy.
• Build live KPI dashboards and reporting for leadership.
