Job summary

Centr, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Manager, Logistics to own Centr's 3PL operations and ensure accurate, timely, cost-effective fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels. You will work with 3PL partners on receiving, inventory control, and shipping while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain order accuracy and cost targets.

Qualifications

Experience working directly with 3PL warehouses or logistics providers.
Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control processes.
Experience with inventory management, including cycle counts and row counts.
Experience with DTC/e-commerce and/or B2B order fulfillment, including returns/RMA processes.
Track record managing 3PL performance against order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost metrics.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP experience preferred, ideally with Shopify, Amazon, and/or EDI connections.

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day relationship with Centr's 3PL warehouse provider(s).
Oversees receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to meet Centr's standards.
Partners with 3PL on inventory control practices including cycle counts.
Monitors stock levels and flags replenishment needs to avoid stockouts.
Oversees order fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels.
Manages returns/RMA process with 3PL to resolve discrepancies.
Tracks 3PL performance against key metrics and drives corrective actions.
