Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a Leasing Representative to execute strategic leasing for a portfolio of properties in the Washington, DC area. You will identify tenants, build relationships with retailers and brokers, and draft lease proposals while coordinating with leasing budgets.

The role requires 2–5 years leasing experience, strong sales/negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model is offered with a base salary range of $70,000–$90,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leasing experience.
• Knowledge of retail leasing process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective new tenants for shopping centers and present leasing opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and brokers; participate in ICSC events.
• Draft and negotiate proposals for new leases and renewals.
• Assist in annual leasing budgets for assigned properties.
• Develop and implement leasing/marketing strategies to meet budgets.
• Know markets of assigned properties, rents and trends.
• Drive deals from LOI to grand opening quickly.
