DLC Management Corp. is seeking a Leasing Representative to execute strategic leasing for a portfolio of properties in the Washington, DC area. You will identify tenants, build relationships with retailers and brokers, and draft lease proposals while coordinating with leasing budgets.
The role requires 2–5 years leasing experience, strong sales/negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model is offered with a base salary range of $70,000–$90,000 plus incentives.

The Leasing Representative is responsible for establishing and executing a strategic leasing plan for a portfolio of properties.
The expected base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 (plus variable compensation including commission and bonus). The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
