Regency Centers is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our Boca Raton regional office. The role focuses on managing leasing for company-owned properties, maximizing occupancy and revenues through rental agreements, and developing aggressive leasing programs in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Business/Real Estate, a real estate salesperson license, and at least 5 years of leasing experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• Real estate salesperson license.
• Minimum 5 years of leasing experience.
• Local market knowledge and established contacts preferred.
• Prior real estate leasing experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of retail leasing and landlord representation.
• Strong negotiation of LOIs and leases.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, internet research, and AI.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Sponsorship not provided (H-1B/TN visa or permanent residency).

Responsabilidades

• Lease new and existing vacant space to achieve NOI and rent growth.
• Renew leases to maximize revenues and retention.
• Identify prospects and lease space in new/existing developments.
• Lease, sell or develop outparcels.
• Prepare production and income budget reports.
• Provide research and analytical support.
