Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Oria Boynton Beach. You will work directly with the property team to welcome residents, explain lease terms, collect deposits, and guide applicants through the application process.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in customer service or multifamily real estate, with a strong service mindset and proficiency in MS Office. Prior leasing or affordable housing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Affordable Housing experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and adhere to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments to show size, layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Inspect property and coordinate essential maintenance.
• Compile list of available units and identify prospects.
• Manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks and follow Fair Housing regulations.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the scheduled date.
• Follow up with prospects to close business and redirect if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and keep property comparisons current.
