Job summary

The role ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, including rent payments, reporting, and tax/insurance requirements, with accurate billings and escalations. The successful candidate will review diverse agreements, maintain data integrity, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Must have retail property management experience.
• Experience in lease abstraction, set-up and ongoing administration of property, lease and loan documentation.
• Experience ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms, rent payments, financial reporting, and tax/insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documentation (leases, amendments, loan agreements, closing statements, etc.).
• Abstract and maintain accurate property, lease, and loan data across systems.
• Handle billing, rent collection, and reconciliations per lease terms; monitor delinquent taxes.
• Prepare reconciliations and billings; assist with tax matters for closings.
• Support with insurance certificates, claims reporting, and insurance reconciliations.
• Assist with communicating with tenants and internal departments on lease matters.
• Maintain compliance procedures and contribute to periodic reporting and projects.
