Job summary

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Learning and Store Development Manager for a rapidly growing specialty footwear and leather goods company. You will design training programs, onboard new hires, and build product knowledge and customer service capabilities across store networks.

The role focuses on leadership development, sales excellence, and consistent service standards while supporting new store openings and expanding premium retail capabilities. Travel to company locations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail training, L&D, or store leadership.
• Experience in premium, luxury, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Able to work with store teams across experience levels.
• Willingness to travel to company locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for store employees and managers.
• Lead onboarding initiatives for new retail team members.
• Create product knowledge and customer service training materials.
• Support training requirements for new store openings.
• Coach managers on employee development and performance improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify development needs.
• Maintain consistent service expectations throughout the store network.
