Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Help establish action plans to accomplish selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud risk to management.
