Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager in Ohio.

This role reports to the Store Leader and focuses on developing leadership within the team, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. You will oversee daily store operations, drive merchandising initiatives, and support cash and loyalty program activities while ensuring a clean and compliant store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory role is valued.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store employees and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and promote employee productivity to maintain high retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively and use basic computer tools to support store operations.
