The Mall At Millenia Buckle is hiring for Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader at our Orlando store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and handling merchandising and operational tasks under store management guidance.

You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to boost sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership across the team, while maintaining guest service, standards, and a positive floor culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and train teammates.

Responsibilities
