Buckle is hiring a Leader in Training / Floor Leader at Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, NC. The role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, merchandising and guest service excellence to create an enjoyable shopping experience.

You will lead by example, train Teammates, and manage daily operations, including scheduling and loss prevention, to help the team meet performance goals and uphold Buckle's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and coach Teammates.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including weekends.
